This contest is open to individuals 18 years or older who are legal residents of the United States. Employees, contractors, affiliates of GramSpot, and immediate family members are ineligible. Contest is void where prohibited by law.
Entries open at 12:01 AM CST on November 15, 2025, and close at 11:59 PM CST on November 15, 2026.
To enter, submit your valid email address at gramspot.com. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
GramSpot will collect your email address strictly for contest administration and marketing related to precious metals, jewelry, and watch offers. We do not share your data with outside parties, other than those needed to operate the contest or our business. Data is stored securely and processed by internal staff only. Winner(s) will be chosen by random draw after the contest period and if at least 5,000 valid entries are received. Winner(s) will be notified via email within 14 days after the contest ends. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, another may be chosen.
The prize is either one (1) gram of .999 gold or a $100 check, at GramSpot’s discretion. Estimated retail value is $100. No further substitutions except as required by law or in case of prize unavailability. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
GramSpot reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if fewer than 5,000 valid entries are received, if the price of gold exceeds $500/gram, or if legal counsel so advises. Notice will be posted online should such cancellation occur.
Winners are responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes. GramSpot may issue tax documentation as required by law.
Participation is at your own risk. GramSpot is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from participation, inability to participate, or acceptance/use of any prize. The contest is provided “as is” without warranty except as required by law.
All disputes will be resolved in the local courts or offices of GramSpot in Cook County, Illinois, under Illinois law. By entering, you waive the right to class action and agree to resolve any disputes individually.
